Would you go to a museum devoted to horror movies? That’s the idea behind an $11.5 million proposal to turn the location used for one of the most terrifying movies of all time into a museum, archive, and film production studio devoted to whatever scares you. Horror movie director George Romero and actor Elijah Wood are already signed up as board members.
