2. Meerkat Manor The ultimate reality show, this meerkat community has avid followers who mourned the passing of matriarch Flower.

OK, it’s a stretch, but I might suggest “Swamp Thing”. It is, at its heart, an ecological morality tale.
Any of the old Disney nature series might apply as well. The same can be said for the body of work from Marlin Perkins – and Jim.

For sure! Wild America, The Living Desert, and if you are looking for cautionary tales, even Swamp Thing and Godzilla!
