Musical Crossover Episodes: Supergirl and Flash (and a Glee Reunion!)

March 20 and 21, 2017, be sure to tune in to see a two-part crossover musical treat starring Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Flash (Grant Gustin), with a special appearance from Benoist’s “Glee” co-star Darren Criss. The cast also includes Broadway musical veterans Jesse L. Martin (original cast of “Rent”), Victor Garber (“Godspell”), and Jeremy Jordan (“Newsies”).

Lynda Carter Joins “Supergirl”

There’s something fitting, in this 75th anniversary year for Wonder Woman, that the character’s iconic portrayer, Lynda Carter, has returned to television as the President of the United States in the “Supergirl” series. The new “Supergirl” series on CBS stars Melissa Benoist (“Glee,” “Whiplash,” “Danny Collins”) as Superman’s Kryptonian cousin, with Calista Flockhart as her “Devil Wears Prada”-style boss.  Former Superman (“Clark and Lois” Dean Cain and former Supergirl Helen Slater play her adoptive parents.  It looks great!  Coming this fall on CBS.
