Let’s Say Thanks to the Troops — Free from Xerox

Posted on December 17, 2009 at 12:26 am

Please take moment in this holiday season to send a free card to a serviceman or woman who is away from home to let them know how grateful we are. Xerox has set up a wonderful let’s say thanks website with great kid-designed cards. It takes just a few seconds and will make someone who might be a little lonely right now feel appreciated. And thanks to my mom for suggesting this!

  1. To all of you out there or should I say over there, I would like to give you my heartfelt THANKS for protecting our country from all the evil that Is out there. Your risking your life for mine and I can’t think of ANYTHING more heroic than that. I support you and send love to your families who have to make the sacrifice right along with you so we can feel safe in our homes. There really are not any words to tell you just how much your bravery and commitment mean to me. With out you we might not have the freedom that we have. I pray for your safe return home and I hope you have the merriest Christmas that you can have. I know that your family won’t have a true Christman until you all come home. Again, I just want you to know that I am not the only one who feels this way, You are making the ultimate sacrifice out of selflessness and your love for this country. Please accept my sincerest thank you, it truly does come strait from my heart. With out you all we wouldn’t be here, so keep up the strength and courage that you show to us every day.
I could probably go on and on but as long as you know that the United States is behind you 150% might help some. Its not up to me to be strong, its up to you, and you are doing one hell of a great job.
    sincerly yours,

  2. Thank you for making me aware of this excellent program Nell. It was very easy to do. I hope many of your readers will participate in it. I know that it can become easy to forget the brave men and women who are sacrificing so much during this holiday season but its value is significant. I will do my part by making my friends and family aware of this program.

  3. Thank you so much, Tim, for your comment and for taking the time to thank our troops. All best to you and your family for the holidays and the new year.
