The last one was called “Homecoming,” but this time your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man (Tom Holland) is out of his friendly neighborhood and on a field trip to Europe with his classmates, including Zendaya as MJ. Guess who shows up — Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). Also Jake Gyllenhaal as Mysterio. And I love that sizzle between Aunt May (Marisa Tomei) and Happy Hogan (Jon Favreau). Spidey, take us home!

Remember “Big?” When a boy wished to be big and turned into Tom Hanks? Well, this is the other way around in “Little,” with Issa Rae as an executive assistant, Regina Hall as her tyrannical boss, and Marsai Martin (Diane on “Black-ish”) as her, well, Tom Hanks. Three of my favorite performers. I can’t wait.

This looks utterly magical! I loved every second of this, especially Dick Van Dyke dancing and “Oh, yes, you too,” and the bathtub and the animation and MERYL STREEP. Can’t wait.

We mourn the loss of the 20th century’s greatest American comedy writer, Neil Simon, and of Barbara Harris, the effervescent star of films like “Nashville,” “Freaky Friday” (the Jodie Foster version), and “A Thousand Clowns.”
Here Harris appears in one of Simon’s films, “Plaza Suite,” with Walter Matthau as a suburban mother meeting with her lecherous former boyfriend, a Hollywood producer, for the first time since they were teenagers.
May their memories be blessings. And may this sad news inspire us all to revisit their best work.
