  1. I have the original movie poster from this film. It is directed by George Stevens, whose son, George Stevens Jr. served as Director of the Motion Picture Division at USIA at the invitation of Edward R. Murrow. He was 29 at the time of his appointment and produced hundreds of short documentary films for the agency. His last film was “Years of Lightning, Day of Drums,” a tribute to the Kennedy years.
