Bob, Larry and the Veggie crew are back in five all-new, 22-minute episodes of the Netflix original series VeggieTales In the House! The brand-new episodes will be available for Netflix members to watch instantly this Friday, April 17.
We are delighted to be able to present an exclusive clip:
The newest episodes of the Emmy® Award-nominated series include “The Birthday Thief,” in which LarryBoy (that’s Larry the Cucumber’s super-hero alter ego) has to defeat the nefarious Motato; “Cool as a Cucumber,” which finds Larry donning a pair of sunglasses to fit in; and “Junior Gets a Pet” – the world’s first-ever television appearance by a Buffalorange!
Every episode also includes brand-new songs and, of course, the famous closing phrase that has been at the heart of VeggieTales from the beginning: “God made you special, and He loves you very much.”

SPOILER ALERT
If you’re watching the new season of “House of Cards,” you may wonder whether the trick now-President Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) to create jobs and boost the economy has up his sleeve would be allowed in real-life politics. Business Insider consulted an expert, Harvard Law School professor and Constitutional scholar Laurence Tribe. The answer? Well….maybe.
“If the deed is done before the courts can get around to ordering the hypothetical President Underwood to cease and desist and put the money back in the federal piggy bank, then any lawsuit over the matter … would become technically moot,” Tribe says. “In practical political terms, if the President’s violation of the Constitution is sufficiently popular, the prospects of impeachment and conviction are obviously slim to none.”

This new series on Netflix is inspired by the popular comic book but looks a little more like “Silver Spoons” than like the movie version with Macauley Culkin or the cartoon series. Interesting that this one-percenter fantasy, Richie made the money himself, through an invention. Not sure the robot in the French maid outfit is a good idea.
