merry larry Veggie Tales: Merry Larry and the True Light of Christmas is the latest holiday treat from Bob and Larry and the gang, and it is one of their best.  “Merry Larry” is an enthusiastic employee of the Spring Valley Mall who serves as “Head Elf” during the Christmas season. Each day he hears countless children’s requests for what they’d like under their Christmas trees. But one little girl’s request catches his attention.  Christina just wants to help her friend, Mrs. Crespie, who lost her house in a fire, get a new house for Christmas. Merry Larry sets off on a caper to create the biggest light show EVER to bring attention to Mrs. Crespie’s situation. Meanwhile, the mall manager, Philip Fleagle (Bob the Tomato) finds he has NO lights and no head elf for the mall’s spectacular Christmas display, right on the day the owner of the mall is supposed to visit! Will Philip realize what the “true light of Christmas” is really all about and help Merry Larry rally the community to get Mrs. Crespie in a home by Christmas?

* Shrek the Halls (2007) – Shrek promises Fiona a special Christmas surprise, but as usual, Donkey gets involved, and things get hilariously out of control.

* Merry Madagascar (2009) – Alex, Marty, Melman, and Gloria try to escape from Africa and return to the zoo in New York in a hot air balloon. In an unlikely turn of events, Alex unintentionally shoots down Santa Claus while he’s delivering Christmas gifts. The would-be escapees come up with a plan to deliver Santa’s gifts and get themselves back to New York.

* Gift of the Night Fury (2011) – In the middle of preparing for the Viking winter holiday. Hiccup and the other Vikings of Berk from “How to Train Your Dragon” make a remarkable discovery about their dragons.

* Kung Fu Panda Holiday (2010) – Master Shifu assigns Po to host the annual Winter Feast at the Jade Palace, a very formal occasion where all the Kung Fu masters of China attend. Will Po’s father be able to help with the cooking?

Guest stars Alan Alda, Sid Caesar, Jonathan Winters, Helen Reddy, and characters like Mrs. Wiggins and Mama and her Family celebrate Christmas with comedy and a lot of heart.
